INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
International Shipping is not always reliable. I do NOT have any
promise on when any international package will arrive. Once I drop
them off at my very rural Post Office, it is out of my hands. I do
offer shipping insurance at a nominal charge.
Refunds/Returns for
DOMESTIC ONLY! (excluding Holistic remedies). Returns MUST be
received within 10 days of receiving your shipment. All holistic
remedies are guaranteed by the manufacturer. Information about
returns for holistic remedies are available upon request. If I have
made a mistake in shipping your items (ie wrong items) I will refund
your entire amount and MAY or MAY NOT pay for it to be returned.
YARN COLORS: Please
note that pictures of yarn can show up different on different
monitors. I take ALL of MY OWN photos on yarns which shows much
clearer and more correct the color(s). I will send a sample and/or more photos upon
request.
